قرار وزاري رقم 379 لسنة 2024 بتحديد لائحة أسعار الأدوية والمستحضرات الصيدلانية في دولة الكويت
قرار وزاري رقم (379) لسنة 2024 بتحديد لائحة أسعار الأدوية والمستحضرات الصيدلانية في دولة الكويت
وزير الصحة:
- بعد الاطلاع على أحكام المرسومين بقانون ونظام الخدمة المدنية وتعديلاتهما،
- وعلى أحكام القانون رقم 28 لسنة 1996 في شأن تنظيم مهنة الصيدلة وتداول الأدوية والمادة رقم 13 من القانون المذكور،
- وعلى القرار الوزاري رقم 238 لسنة 1992 في شأن تحديد أسعار الأدوية والمستحضرات الصيدلانية في دولة الكويت،
- وعلى القرار الوزاري رقم 232 لسنة 2015 بشأن دراسة وتثبيت سعر صرف العملات الأجنبية مقابل سعر صرف الدينار الكويتي،
- وعلى القرار الوزاري رقم 16 لسنة 2021 بشأن اعتماد آلية تسعير الأدوية والمستحضرات الصيدلانية،
- وعلى القرار الوزاري رقم 58 لسنة 2023 بشأن تسعير الأدوية والمستحضرات الصيدلانية والمكملات الغذائية في القطاع الخاص،
- وعلى القرار الوزاري رقم 74 لسنة 2023 بشأن تحديد أسعار الأدوية والمستحضرات الصيدلانية،
- وعلى القرار الإداري رقم 8367 لسنة 2022 بشأن تثبيت سعر صرف العملات الأجنبية مقابل سعر صرف الدينار الكويتي،
- وبناء على توصية لجنة تسعير الأدوية المشكلة بالقرار الوزاري رقم 117 لسنة 2018 المنعقدة في 6 نوفمبر 2024،
- وبناء على مقتضيات المصلحة العامة، وما عرضه علينا السيد وكيل الوزارة.
قرر
مادة أولى
تعتمد أسعار الأدوية والمستحضرات الصيدلانية في قائمة الأسعار المرفقة والمجمل عددها 289 والتي تبدأ بالدواء 1.5%w/v Glycine Irrigation Solution USP (PP Bag) (15mg/ml) وتنتهي بالدواء Zytan 0.1% w/w Cream وتضاف إلى القرار الوزاري رقم 74 لسنة 2023.
مادة ثانية:
يعتمد تعديل الأسماء للأدوية والمستحضرات الصيدلانية في القائمة المرفقة والمجمل عددها 15 والتي تبدأ بالدواء Afundas-L 50mg Powder for Concentrate for Solution for Infusion (IV Use) وتنتهي بالدواء Z-Onda 8mg Orally Disintegrating Tablets وتضاف إلى القرار الوزاري رقم 74 لسنة 2023.
مادة ثالثة
تلغى الأدوية والمستحضرات الصيدلانية في القائمة المرفقة والمجمل عددها 125 والتي تبدأ بالدواء Adol 120mg Suspension (5ml Sachets) وتنتهي بالدواء Zovirax 5% Cream Pump من القرار الوزاري رقم 74 لسنة 2023.
مادة رابعة:
يبلغ هذا القرار من يلزم لتنفيذه، ويلغى كل قرار أو نص يتعارض معه، ويعمل به من تاريخه وينشر بالجريدة الرسمية.
