تحديد وتعديل وإلغاء أسعار بعض الأدوية والمستحضرات الصيدلانية في دولة الكويت
وزير الصحة
بعد الاطلاع على أحكام القانون رقم ٢٨ لسنة ١٩٩٦ مادة ١٣ في شأن تنظيم مهنة الصيدلة وتداول الأدوية.
وبعد الاطلاع على القرار الوزاري رقم ٢٣٨ لسنة ١٩٩٢ بشأن تحديد أسعار الأدوية والمستحضرات الصيدلانية في دولة الكويت.
وبناء على توصية لجنة تسعير الأدوية المشكلة بالقرار الوزاري رقم ٢٦٧ لسنة ١٩٩٣.
قرر:
مادة أولى
تحدد وتعدل وتلغى أسعار الأدوية والمستحضرات الصيدلانية حسبما هو وارد في قوائم الأسعار المرافقة لهذا القرار.
مادة ثانية
يسري في هذا الشأن الأحكام الواردة بالقرار الوزاري رقم ٢٣٨ لسنة ١٩٩٢.
مادة ثالثة
يبلغ هذا القرار لمن يلزم لتنفيذه، ويعمل به من تاريخ نشره بالجريدة الرسمية.
